How Do I Check My Order Status?

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history and order status by logging into your account. You will find the “Order Status” link at the top of the site, on the right-hand side. Also, once your order has shipped, we send out an e-mail with tracking information.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at sales@mycustomparty.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for a return. All other orders placed within 30 business days are eligible for a return.

What are your available payment methods?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Google Pay. Sales tax is applied to Canadian orders.

How do backorders work?

In the case of a backorder, our team updates the Stock Status file as soon as possible and puts a note on the product page stating the products’ replenishment date. As soon as we receive our items back in the warehouse, we send another stock status update to all our customers. You can also still place orders for backordered items that are on the site and you won’t be charged until the backordered items are shipped to you.

What are your processing times?

My Custom Party takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders, 3-5 business days for personalized orders and 1-2 business day for a rush order. Take note that these are only the processing times and do not include transit times, the actual time it takes to physically get the orders to you. Although we generally process in these time frames, there are exceptions to this policy that can happen during busy times.

I just placed an order. How long will it take before it gets here?

Aside from the established processing time, transit time varies depending on the customer’s location.

Western Canada: 1-2 business days; Eastern Canada: 3-5 business days; Maritimes/Northern Canada: 6-8 business days.

Western USA: 3-4 business days; Central USA: 4-5 business days; Eastern USA: 5-6 business days; Southern USA: 6-7 business days.

I need my order ASAP! Can we expedite our order? 

Yes you can. Include your need by date in the notes section when you check out. Upgrade your shipping to expedited to ensure it arrives as quick as possible. There is no extra cost for expediting an order.
